I have ordered multiple pill holders. I can never remember which one works. I have gotten ones that are too big and too small and too cheap. This onw is the right size for my needs. In the tray it measures about 8" x 4 3/4" x 3/4".
Each compartment will hold 10ea 325mg aspirin.

Note:
The lids wear out after about 1 year.
They will go through the top shelf dishwasher.
If you are in a high humidity area, store tray in a sealed baggy with absorbent, since the lids are not air tight.
You can carry a couple of days on your body, in a small baggy when you travel in case your luggage gets delayed.

There are much better ones on the market for less money --- could not tell the size from info provided. Hard to open and once closed, does not stay closed.

I bought this hoping it would be an extra help to keep medications organized when many people in the house are caring for someone but the containers are too small for the large pills he has to take.

Unlike the larger pill organizers, which I find clunky, this one is a little smaller. I especially like that it can be a weekly organizer AND each day pops out of the tray so I can take it with me (instead of using a little pill box which will not be labeled the way my pills usually are and may be confusing). Recently traveled, and the one day container fitted nicely in my camera case--and when I travel I ALWAYS have my camera case with me. I don't have nighttime meds, so I used that spot for a couple of OTC pain relief tablets, in case the day got to be too much!

I searched a long time, specifically for this brand and style, as I have one already, and LOVE it. My disappointment was in the size. I thought I was purchasing the X-Large, but I received only the medium, which will not hold all my pills.
Major bummer.

I needed this for many supplements and prescriptions and it is way too small. For size comparison, you can fit about 2 fish oil pills in one compartment. This is not as large as the companies former pill pack of the same nature which was fabulous. If you don't take much medication and your pills are tiny this should work OK.
