I have put the FDS Extra Strength to the ultimate test. I am deployed to Iraq in June and it has already gotten to 112 degrees. I work 12 hr shifts, 6 days a week on generators that get to 200 degrees and do phisical training 3 times a week. I naturally sweat a lot and now i'm faced with spotting every day from birth control and must use a liner every day. These conditons created an unplesant feminine odor that i couldn't do anything about until i got off shift. I tried everything from changing liners more often to spot washing and using a talc free powder and even using regular deoderant on my thighs and bikini line- nothing worked but this. I couldn't buy it online because it has to be shipped by ground so i had my husband send me a few cans and it's GREAT! This will be part of my deployment checklist from now on. My only problem is the smell. The first day I sprayed it in my underware and bra area and the smell was so overpowering that I could taste it. It's like a mix of Lysol and baby powder. To get over the smell I only use it for my underware/ liner and keep a can in the restroom for midday freshening. I am happy that the Hypoalergenic kind truely is. I have skin allergies normally and have no problem with this.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I have to say that I was disappointed in the product. I found the scent was very "artificial" -- much like the scent of deodorant tampons or liners. Instead of making me feel "fresh, I felt uncomfortable with the recognizable "feminine protection" fragrance. It's definitely not a product I'll buy again, but I'm sure many others feel differently and find it useful.

This is simply a part of my daily routine after a shower and it makes me feel clean and fresh throughout the day, with no worries. I have tried other femine deodorants that simply do not work. Would not switch.

I'm 53, menopausal and also have had one of the hottest summers ever and hated the "not so fresh" feeling I was having. Finally tried this, and it works great! I don't find the smell unpleasant at all, in fact I like it, just fresh and slightly floral. Anyway, this stuff is a Godsend, I highly recommend it.

FDS Extra Strength feminine deodorant spray may prevent odor, but this particular scent smells like bug spray to me!!! I asked a friend to check out the scent and she thought it smelled okay. I think I will go back to the Baby Powder scent.
