Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician. Since oral iron products interfere with certain absorption of certain antibiotics, these products should be taken within two hours of each other. Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking with meals. Iron-containing products may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice or a health professional before using this product.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

I am taking iron supplements because I had low red blood count. My physician recommended I take iron and told me the levels he expected to be effective. This is the second brand I have tried and it is much easier and more pleasant to take than the one I tried first. I am happy with this product and it has done a good job. I have been taking them for just over six months and my blood tests are coming out normal again.
