No stomach or intestinal upset...
Have used other iron supplements as told by doctor but they all caused stomach and/or intestinal upset or constipation. This one is great and no binding and can take it.

Somehow this review seems to think I bought an iron...I bought iron tablets to improve my over all health and i must say these tablets are doing a good job in giving me back some get-up-and-go...

I have tried 2 brands of iron pill, but had to switch back to Ferro-Sequels, since constipation is less severe and tolerable. Need to take 3 pills a day probably till I hit menopausal age.
