I bought this and it came the day after my period had ended- which was right on time, so speedy delivery. Initially it took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to pull the slide away from the base- I just kept taking it out of the blue casing wondering why the heck I couldn't see the slide. When I did finally pull the right part, I had a tough time getting it open. I even banged my elbow on my desk trying to pry it apart! Anyways, I've only had this product one month. During my cycle, I noticed my ovulation spiked two more times exactly a week apart- which made me think, "Triple ovulation?! What?!" Its possible, Google it. It wasn't triple ovulation though....I was pregnant!!! I had relations with hubby when I first ovulated and BAM! Pregnant. I am now 5 weeks and my baby is due December 2nd! I would HIGHLY recommend this product to ANY couple trying to conceive!!

i was a bit skepticle starting to use this product. My husband and I have been TTC for a little over a year. Well, not completely trying, just if it happened it happened. So I decided I wanted to try and find my most fertile windows as cost effective as I could. I did the online charts and ovulation calendars, and followed them when we could. So with no results from that I saw fertile focus on a website. I purchased it and have been using it for a week, after my period. Apparently I ovulate alot earlier than i thought, and alot earlier than those online website calendars sugguested. I saw ferning patterns 3 days in a row. I am hopeful to concieve soon now knowing I ovulate earlier than I thought!

I bought this product in late September. I followed the directions by putting my saliva on the lens and waiting for about 15 minutes to see results. During my first 2 days of ovulation, I didn't notice any ferning patterns. On the 3rd day, I got up in the morning, put my saliva on the lens and forgot to check it before I left the house. When I returned after work, I checked it and saw ferning patterns. During the second month, I decided to do the same thing. Ferning patterns showed on my 1st day of ovulation and now I am 4 months pregnant. I would highly recommend this product, however, I would like to point out that my ferning results seemed to show when I left my saliva on the microscope for several hours, not minutes.

After not getting results on a few brands of urine based ovulation tests, I decided to try the saliva method. I found it a little difficult to get enough saliva on the lens and often had to wash and re-wet repeatedly to get it to work. I used heat to help it dry faster so I wouldn't spend the whole morning spitting on the lens. The ferning was obvious on two days, more pronounced the second day than the first, and gone the following day.

This product is cheap so that is great HOWEVER it SUCKS. WASTE OF MONEY!! Invest your money on a better fertility tester. It would be worth it... this isn't!

I used this product just to see what my saliva looks like under the scope. I wear glasses and I had to take my glasses off to clearly see the results. I understand for the price you get what you pay for. I'm not impressed with this product I will stick to digital ovulation predictors results are clear. I tried to save money hoping I wouldn't have to invest in monthly ovulation test well I still have to. This was nice to try but I don't feel confident it works.

I found this to be easy to use, and I could definitely tell when I was "ferning". The day that there were the most ferns was the day I conceived.

Wasn't sure how this would work. I am not even trying to conceive right now. I just wanted to see if there was a way I could find out how my fertility was. I used it yesterday and didn't see much of anything but I used it first thing this morning and I can see slight ferning so I am optimistic. The microscope is very easy to use just follow instructions.

I have been using this for several weeks, in conjunction with OPKs and temperature charting, and this gives me the same results as the ovulation predictor test strips (which are confirmed with my basal temperature spikes). It's much more affordable than most of the other ovulation predictor tests and is reusable until the LED gives out (if ever??). It takes a while for the saliva samples to dry out enough to view, but I just take a sample first thing in the morning and check the results when I get home from work. Once you focus the microscope (which took a couple of minutes), you really don't have to mess with it again.

Took me a couple tries to figure out you have to hold it up to your eye like a microscope. Def. user error! I use it every morning and find it to be very effective in determining hormone levels. Figured out I have a hormone imbalance and this helped figure it out. Watch for the estrogen spike right before AF.
