These suppositories are awesome. Why can't they make more medications in this format! I do not have children with disabilities but they hate taking medication, especially when they are sick, and much prefer the suppository over swallowing medication. However, I found these in a generic brand that is so much cheaper-- granted that with the generic, it is in adult size so you have to cut the suppository to the correct dosage for your child, so it's only for people who are comfortable doing that, but it is probably 1000% cheaper than the brand.

My son has a hard time taking medicine. This product has been a miracle medicine for us. When he was sick with fever and vomiting, we were able to control the fever with this medicine. He actually prefers a suppository over oral medication. He was a bit nervous at first, as was I, but both of us learned very quickly how easy and pain-free the insertion was. My advice would be to order extra boxes. We have a hard time finding these in stores.

Our child has Autism, and refuses to take oral medications. This is a wonderful way to avoid a struggle to take an oral medication. We give it to our 5 year old when he has a fever, and it is quick and easy to insert, and works great.
Also good for children with the stomach flu. They can take this suppository and it won't be upchucked.
wish they would make suppositories of other types of medicines!

We have been using this as our primary method of fever reducer and pain relief since our son vomits with oral meds. It is the easiest, fastest acting way to get medication into a child. Been using since he was 6 months old. No drama, no guessing.
Easily tolerated. Melts away so quickly they don't even notice.
