This dries your hair fast and evenly. I have thick hair and it usually takes me an hour or so with my other dryer. The FHI-heat takes 7 minutes, no frizz and then I use a roller brush for not even 30 seconds per strands. My hair has never felt so good. I have used dryers many brands, never knew one like this ever exsisted. I will buy another one for back up. I love this!

This dryer broke in less than 90 days! The heating element went out and its now useless. Now, customer service wont give me a refund and the manufacturers warranty is not covered by this site. What a waste of money! I have never been so dissatisfied with a product in my life. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNLESS YOU ONLY NEED IT FOR 30 DAYS OR LESS.

My hair dresser uses this dryer. In addition, I was using a $40 professional dryer that was still drying my hair and making it frizzy. I changed to this and my fine frizzy hair is MUCH less frizzy. I live in humid Florida so this is definitely a huge thing with my hair. I love this dryer...my hair seems shinier and healthier too. So comparing this to my other professional dryer (sorry cant remember the name) its much better. WORTH THE PRICE.

My hairdresser uses this dryer. It's the best dryer I've ever had. Dries my long hair in no time. The cold shot and cold setting are teriffic because they actually get cold. I love this dryer!

Its a great dryer. I love the cool shot because I don't have to hold down the cool shot button - I just press it and it stays on cool shot until I press again. It doesn't reset itself though, so if the dryer ever feels cool but its on "hot," it might be that the cool shot button is still pressed in.

I love having three different heat settings and three different dryer strengths. It takes a while to dry my hair, but no longer than it did with my chi.

I just used this blow dryer and it blows nothing but cold air. I made sure that my fingers weren't on the cold shot button and everything! I mean there wasn't even luke warm heat that came out of my dryer. I expected a lot more of this blow dryer seeing how expensive it is, and it's superior reputation. I don't know whether I got a defected one but I will be trying to get a refund immediately.

I used my friends FHI dryer and was amazed how powerful it was compared to my dryer. The heat is hot but it's the power that really makes the difference. I have thick slightly curly hair and this blows it out quickly to a sleek style. And the price at drugstore.com can't be beat ANYWHERE..I LOOKED.

Drugstore.com didn't tell me it was a backorder item when I placed the order. Took about 3 weeks to receive and I had to call to find out about the backorder situation. Glad I didn't cancel because the $79 price couldn't be beat.

I have always bought blow dryers in the $20-$40 range, and MAN does investing in a quality blow dryer make a difference! I love this blow dryer. I read lots of decent reviews for several CHI dryers and then I read a ton of even better reviews regarding this one, and it was significantly better priced. I tend to cheap out on blow dryers, but I'm so glad I didn't this time. This dryer has 3 heat settings and 3 speed settings so whether you want cool-warm-hot on low-medium-high you can have whatever you need. I have fine hair and prefer the warm/low setting. It leaves my hair manageable and not FRIED like many other cheaper dryers with one or two settings. Also, the cord is super long, and I love that. Another cool thing is the rubber on the base. At first I was like, oh cool decoration. But then when I set it on the sink it didn't slide all around, and I was like ohhhhh awesome design. So yeah, no complaints whatsoever. If you want something that won't be terribly damaging on your hair, but will get you to work on time. This is a wonderful dryer. I've been using it for about a month. Another great thing is that it's not super load/annoying. It's a soft constant blowing sound.
