I have long fine hair and most blow dryers make my hair dried out and frizzy after use. When I use this dryer my hair dries super fast and looks like I just came from a salon, smooth and soft! This is definitely a good investment and worth the $$!!

I purchased this hair dryer back in July (2011) and it was wonderful until today. The fan has quit working and the return policy for Drugstore.com has left me flat (just like my hair today without a hair dryer). Drugstore.com only has a 30 day warranty for item returns. I am really disappointed in their lack of customer service appreciation and skills because this is the most expensive hair dryer I have EVER purchased. Due to the price; I feel that Drugstore.com should stand behind what they sell. Apparently, this is not the case. Couple that with the fact that I am only requesting a replacement item and that equals one VERY unhappy client of Drugstore.com

The heating element on this hairdryer completely died after about 60 days. FHI will says the warranty is not valid because I bought it on this site. While I was getting some heat from the dryer, it was way too hot no matter which setting I used. This was the first time I'd bought an expensive, professional hairdryer. What a waste of more than $100.
