Really like this iron. So much lighter and easier to use than the I previously owned. Very versitile. Only complaint is when you try to flat iron too much hair, it can snag hair.

I have a full head of fine hair and it is hard to tame the poofiness. The FHI heats up fast and staightens my hair in one pass so that it does not burn it. This will be the third flat iron I have owned. Each time I move up to a nicer iron. This one if the best I have used.

I didn't like the performance of the flatiron. It did not straighten my hair. The FHI flatiron that I had prior to buying this FHI flatiron was very good. I was disappointed and unsure why this flatiron purchased from Drugstore.com did not perform the same because it was the same brand and the one purchased from Durgstore.com cost was more.

Great flat iron. I don't use it daily, only after washing and drying my hair. It will straighten your hair, or it can make curls. Does not damage hair, and there is a temperature control dial. My hairdresser uses this model as well.
