I started fiber therapy after a colonoscopy revealed some precancerous areas. The doctor that performed the procedure advised more fiber. I was using the type you mix into liquid or food, the kind with no taste. I prefer these tablets because there's no measuring or guess work. They also work out to be less expensive than the powder type I was using.
I don't mind that they are a bit sticky when you chew them, and I really like the flavor. The tablets work really well and provide an amazing about of fiber for such small pills.

The flavor is very good. But, these tablets are very hard on the teeth! If you have dentures (and I don't) I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The tablet is rock hard! After it softens in the mouth so you can chew it, it forms a sticky, gummy ball that sticks to teeth and is hard to swallow. This is NOT like the Orange flavor that I was using which is soft and crumbles and chews easily.
I'm eating these to use up the bottle, but I'm never ordering this flavor again and will stick with the Orange flavor from now on.

I have found this product to be exactly what I need along with healthy eating to keep my digestive system working well. I take 2 tablets daily and follow the instructions. They work great for me. I do take a probiotic every now and then as needed. I especially like this one with the Green tea, Antioxidant, Berry and Pomegranate all in one. They are so easy to take and can go anywhere with me and they're absolutely delicious. Drugstore offers it at a great price. This really helps.

I liked the taste and texture but it didn't work when it came to helping with regularity. I saw no difference. Tried to increase dosage but just got gas.

I needed more fiber in my busy life and these are great. The taste reminds me of the big Sweet Tarts, kind of chewy. They are not the best tasting things, but not bad to have to take 2 a day. When I first started them I did have some more gas than normal (no gas pain though), but after a few days it went away. I can definitly tell when I miss my dose.

I like this better than the other Fiber Choice products that I've tried. I know previous reviewers don't agree, but I happen to like the taste and texture. They remind me of Razzles which is a candy/gum from the 70s. I feel like I'm eating candy. I'm buying two more bottles today.
