As a long-time user of Metamucil, these are a god-send. Much more portable (I travel a lot) and far less messy. No other tablet form has worked for me.

I don't know how anyone can chew these.. These are horrible tasting. I'll stick with my fiber bars or fiber drinks.

Fiber Choice is a tasty and flavorable way to obtain extra fiber in my diet--which also prevents constipation. Calcium in the delicious tablets is a bonus and means there's no need to take another supplement.

This is my favorite supplement! Since I'm usually dieting, it is nice to have something sweet after dinner ... these are awesome AND they have calcium and fiber. Terrific product!

i just chew one tab per day (more tabs cause bloating and gas for me) and these tabs have calcium which is great because i don't have to take that separately.

This is the easist way to get fiber and calcium. I chew 2 great tasting tabs in the morning and thats it. I've been taking this for years and would recommend it to anyone.

I was previously taking the original sugar-free Fiber Choice, but really prefer this newer alternative. While the orange flavor tastes like the childrens' chewable vitamin C of my childhood, the assorted berry flavors are more palatable. I find the higher fiber content than other similar products really means greater value, and the calcium supplement is a great bonus, as it doubles the usefulness of the product. I have been using Fiber Choice for a couple of years now, and have found it very effective.
Adults: Chew 2 tablets per day (no water required). If minor gas or bloating occurs, temporarily reduce daily dosage.
Children 13 years to adult: 2 tablets per day. Not to exceed 6 tablets per day.
Children 6 - 12 years: 1 tablet daily. Not to exceed 3 tablets per day.
Always recap tightly and store in a dry location. Store below 86°F (30° C). Do not use if seal under cap is opened or damaged. Tablets may contain dark specks due to the manufacturing process of natural ingredients.
