I was hoping this would help control my weight along with the fiber. My doctors have recommended higher fiber for IBS. The tablets are easy to take and taste good, but get chewy and hard to swallow at the end.

The big problem with this is that it contains sorbitol, a sugar substitute that can cause severe diarrhea and gas. It is particularly bad for people with IBS, a fact that I did not find out until after I was acutely embarassed a couple of times.

This is exacerbated if you use other products with similar sweeteners such as xylitol, maltitol and other alcohol sugars, as they are described. For this reason alone, I can't recommend the product unless you need a purge.

I received 2 tablets as a sample, and while the strawberry flavor was a bit on the too sweet side, it was still tolerable. My biggest issue was that once you start to chew each tablet they start to get gummy and chewy. It was unpleasant, and then I spent the next 10 minutes trying to pick out the rest of the tablets from my teeth because they got stuck. Not worth it to go through that the other day. If you want to take fiber I recommend just using the benefiber powder.

Aluminum Lake is included in the ingredients in this product and it is a known medical fact that Aluminum Lake causes several health concerns, mainly Altziemers. And the dye which is used is not natural at all.

I bought this to help me become regular, but after using it for almost two weeks it has done nothing but give me gas. I bought another product today that will hopefully work better than this one. I liked how convenient the tablets were and I really didn't mind the taste. The texture of them was weird because once you chew it, it breaks apart into pieces and then turns into a taffy consistency. It does help somewhat with alleviating hunger, but overall it was a huge waste of money because it didn't work at all.

I started using this when changing eating habits to 6 smaller meals, it was very helpful to get all the fiber necessary in my diet.

I tried these..and I had high hopes instead it gave me bad gas and uncontrollable bms..it didn't help with the cravings either..don't waste ur money..I'm in abdomen discomfort at the moment and will stop taking these from now on.

I liked the taste and texture but it didn't work when it came to helping with regularity. I saw no difference. Tried to increase dosage but just got gas. Didn't really work at hunger management either.

I think these are very good. Tastes like a chewy cotton candy candy...haha. No more worse than tums.

I bought these thinking they would give me some added fiber and curb my appetite, boy oh boy these are the most disgusting things I have ever tried! I took one huge tab out and attempted to chew it and almost got sick. Huge, chewy, sugar free, and a powder flavor. I had to spit it out, I could not bear the taste, more power to those who can!
