I've suffered from constipation my entire life, trying everything. This is not only the best tasting, but it also works!The "orange" is the only flavor that I love in the FiberChoice line. (The sugar-free gave me heartburn.) And, it's never available at my local grocery store or pharmacy store, so I'm so glad that drugstore.com sells it. I take a couple after every meal, every day. And, there's no problem anymore with being constipated.I have noticed that if I take more than 6 a day, I will feel a little bloated and fart.I'm sure this varies per individual, however.I also put them in a zip-lock bag and travel with them.

I tested the Fiber Choice Chewable Fiber Supplements, and I thought they tasted like vitamin C tablets. The taste made it not so bad to take. The product worked well. I'd recommend this product over the drink supplements because you don't have to drink a full glass. I recommended this product to family.

I was surprised at the comments that said this was difficult to chew and/or chalky. It melts fairly quickly after 2 or 3 chews and tastes pretty good. I was tempted to take more than the recommended dosage. Haven't taken long enough to know if it keeps me regular, but you don't need incredibly powerful jaws to chew these.

How used these for years and since my husband has hemmroids, he likes these much better than metamucil. They are easier to take and actually taste good.

Adults: Chew 2 tablets up to 3 times a day. T o minimize potential stomach discomfort, take with meals; start with 2 tablets and gradually increase up to 6 tablets.
