Wow. This bar is delicious and its good for you, packed full of fiber. You will definitely enjoy it, I recommend the Nutty Delights Honey Roasted Almond flavor as well.

I guess if you eat too many bars for snack then the nutritional values goes south.

I am a sucker for getting enough nutrients from my food and this is a great way to get in fibre. Packed chuck full of fiber, it is a very delicious way of making "going" easier.

These taste so good you wouldn't believe they are good for you if you didn't look at the package. They have tons of fiber. But I would eat them anyway.

I know that right now the thing to be eating in between meals are fiber bars. These are amazing! They are not to sweet but satisfy a chocolate craving. Also, they are great for people like me who are trying to find something filling, satisfying and not too many points on WW points plus program. ENJOY!
