I'm a guy with wavy to curly hair which has always been sensitive to shampoos. Over the years I've used brands that left my hair and scalp feeling and looking dry.

This shampoo works great for me. My hair is really thick and longer but I can run a comb through it easily after a shower.

When women smell or touch my hair I get compliments that my hair smells good and it feels soft.

To me my hair looks healthy and shiney.

I usually wouldn't be "talking hair"...but thought I'd write a review since this shampoo has worked so well for me.

Awesome product yet can be hard to find. Pair it with the conditioner and you won't believe how silky and soft your hair is. I can't believe so few people know a out this product. Needs to be better marketed.

I had pretty high expectations after reading the previous reviews, but I was greatly disappointed. This shampoo and matching conditioner has a very odd smell and I thought maybe I could deal with that, but it also is ineffective. My hair ended up dry, dull, and lifeless. Maybe it's because my hair is thick, course,and color-treated, so I definitely would not recommend this for that type of hair. But also, if you want a nice smelling shampoo, this is not it!

About 15 years ago I ended up using my roommates Finesse shampoo because I had nothing else. I never forgot the next morning when I woke up. My hair was volumized but most importantly it felt soft instead of frizzy, dry and hars. It was almost like a miracle and ever since I received so many compliments on my curly hair. Then Finesse disappeared, couldn't figure out why:(.............but it's back and my hair is happy again. Sometimes it is hard to find. I don't know why because at the same time it seems to be always sold out. I hope Finesse will never disappear again.

Started using over 20 years ago as I a friend gave it to me as I forgot to bring shampoo on a trip to Guam.

Agreed! I've been wondering where finesse has been going in the stores...??? Why is it so difficult to find? I am so glad I can buy it here. It is the only shampoo and conditioner that keeps my hair feeling clean and healthy. Everyone's hair is different, and this stuff is what works for me! Try it if you haven't found the set that works best for you yet, don't miss out :)

All my life I've searched for shampoos that don't leave my hair and scalp dry as a bone. Though the years have found a few...usually not made by the big companies...and evetually, for various reasons they get harder and harder to find until II can't find them any more. This one is becoming harder for me to find...so I'm glad I can still order it here.

This is great for everyday use and doesn't leave residue on your hair to build up. I have used it for years. I always try the newest product guaranteed to make my hair healthy and shiny...and I always return to Finesse. I have fine, straight color-treated hair and Finesse leaves my hair soft and silky

I really wanted to like this because it smells wonderful! But sadly I dont. This not only dried my thick hair out but made it almost impossible to comb out my wet hair, my hair is past shoulder length and getting harder & harder to comb these days and this stuff did not help at all. I wont buy again. On another note my husband loves it!
