Don't use this if you have a productive cough with phlegm, but if you are just coughing and gagging from a dry tickley throat cough, especially the kind that goes on for days, this will give you instant and lasting relief. My dentist said that I needed to find a sugarless alternative. These really work. I used these to fight a persistent cough that lasted for months and also when I've had infections. Most cough drops do little to help. These work. They're fantastic. I use the original FFs also, but prefer these mint ones. A friend of mine eats them like candy.
