Breathe Right strips help a little but not a lot and are expensive to use every night. This dialator has greatly reduced my snoring (according to my wife). It may not work for everyone (there are many different causes for and types of snores), but at [$] it is worth a gamble to see if will work for you and those you sleep next to. It is a little uncomfortable at first (much more so than the strips), but you will get used to it very quickly). I laughed at it when i saw it. i belived that there was no way it could help at all. From the first day i tried it i have not snored. it is so comfortable that i forget it is there when i get up in the morning.
