This product suggests 4 pills a day, but with the addition of the White Willow, 4 pills a day seems a little much. (White Willow is a natural pain killer like asprin.) Personal drug interactions should be checked. I had slight stomache discomfort when I took two pills at once. I have noticed improvements in reduced joint "noise". Overall I'm pleased with the results and will continue to take this product. I'll be taking less than what they suggest and supplementing with a different product that doesn't include White Willow.

I have been taking the Flex-a-min products for well over a year and have experienced no improvement in the motion or pain in my joints, specifically my knees. I think I gave it adequate time to work and I see no results at all.
I'm a regular user of Flexamin Complete. I ordered six bottles and received six Flexamin Double Strength(?) It was advertised in your website as Flexamin Complete. The new recommended dosage is reduced and some of the active ingredients were reduced by almost half! There was no explanation. I complained, returned the boxes and again received six boxes of the wrong thing. When I called Natures Bounty to complain I was told they had changed the formulation.
I'm very disappointed and retrurned the wrong material to Drugstore.com.

I had stiff finger joints in the morning and a sore knuckle on my wedding ring finger, after several weeks of taking Flex-a-min it got better and now I have no stiffness whatsoever. The only negative for me is that the pill is huge! I need to swallow it with carbonated water or soda so it floats down. It's too large for a pill cutter and has no indentation where you could break it in half. Otherwise it's been a great product for me.

My parents have an arthritis and when they get flexamin they feel much better I am glad that it's helping them I realy recommend anyone who has problems with joints any way it's could not be worse!
Honestly, I have been taking glucosamine chondroitin as a homeopathic since osteo biflex started their heavy marketing. And I'm cheap. If you can trust flex-a-min for quality control in their product and I have no reason not to, they give the best dollar per dose rate and I believe it makes my joints pop less and I'm doing the right thing for my skeletal frame. I'm 50 and I'd like to be mobile for at least another 40 years.
For adults, take 3 tablets per day, preferably with meals. Take this product with plenty of fluids. For best results, take the full dosage of Flex-a-min® daily on a continual basis. Store in a cool, dry place.
