Had to write a good review to counter the one about the pills being big. The amounts of the active ingredients make pills with glucosamine and Chondroitin big.I originally stumbled on these when looking for vitamin D. They do seem to help.

I have taken this for 3 months. I ran out for 2 weeks thinking I didn't need it and the pain in my joints returned. I am taking it again and the pain is reduced. Hopefully it will be gone again after a few weeks.
For adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Take this product with plenty of fluids. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. For best results, take the full dosage of Flex-a-min® daily. Allow 4-6 weeks before you begin to feel results.
