Flexamin works. I don't run out of this product. I dance ballroom for recreation and do challenge-level Zumba for aerobic fitness. This product keeps my joints in great shape, no pain at all. If I have run out, I'll notice a difference. Alot of ballroom dancers use glucosamine/chondroitin.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees & severe fibromyalgia. Despite being on loads of medicine, my knees have been cracking, popping & causing me so much pain that some days I couldn't leave my apartment. I have heard that it takes awhile for this type of supplement to work, so I've been very pleasently surprised that I'm already feeling great relief in only three weeks of daily use. My knees were so bad before that I feared knee replacement was right around the corner. Going down steps took holding on to the railing on both sides of me, and enduring excruciating pain the whole time, not to mention afterwards. Going up steps required holding on to at least one railing, and the pain was bad then, too. I amazed myself this past week by actually being able to walk up 17 steps w/o holding onto the railing at all, and had items in my hand. The pain has subsided so much that I don't feel a need to look into having surgery at this point. These are horse pills, and I take two each evening, but to feel like this, I'd swallow just about anything! I'm not back to being a teenager, but I'm back to feeling pretty normal for someone my age, and that's saying a lot.

I began taking this product about 2 months ago for a bad knee and I saw a tremendous improvement withing 10 days. By the time I got through the first bottle I noticed a 90% improvement in my hip that my medical doctor suggested I see an orthopedic surgeon for. I was very surprised in the hip improvement and the pain in it was so great that when changing positions during the night the pain would wake me up. The second bottle I tried was a new formula containing Uvestin and this did not do anything. In fact, it was as if I had never taken anything. I went back to the first formula and have bought up a 2 years supply because its getting hard to find.

I haven't been able to take enough to find out if it works because I have such a great difficulty swallowing it. I can swallow 10 pills at once with no problem but this pill sticks in my throat. I did cut them in half but now I'm crushing them.
