This is a good product. I used it once for my arthritic knee pain and it worked in a few days. I used it everyday until I finished the bottle, by then I didn't even need it. That was over a year ago. The pain recently came back, so I ordered, at the advice of my personal trainer, 3 bottles. My trainer says I should take it everyday, forever. This time it took a few weeks before the pain started to subside, but I was more flexible. I would highly recommend this product, but if you are in a lot of pain I would suggest you take pain killers or rubs along with it for a while.

I have been taking the Flex-a-min products for well over a year and have experienced no improvement in the motion or pain in my joints, specifically my knees. I think I gave it adequate time to work and I see no results at all.

You will not be disappointed by this product. My boyfriend and I both have joint problems (his moderate to severe, mine mild) and this does wonders for us. He takes these daily and it prevents the majority of his pain. I use them only when I feel the onset of pain and usually the pain is alleviated within a day or so. Really a miracle pill!

Used for about one month. Helped leg pain after being on feet 8 hours, but produced wrist joint pain so bad, I had trouble buckling seatbelt! Currently using other MSM products with better results.
For adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Take this product with plenty of fluids. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. For best results, take the full dosage of Flex-a-min® daily. Allow 4-6 weeks before you begin to feel results.
