I tried taking this for about two weeks. I noticed a real increase in gas and my skin broke out. When I stopped taking it, these problems went away. I didn't take it long enough to feel any relief from it.

I couldn't find this at my local drug store anymore. Tried something else...didn't work as good as this does. So glad that Drugstore.com carries this product. I'll be back when I get low.

This product has been GREAT! I trained for a marathon and it worked way better than another supplement I took. It really does cushion my joints and I feel a difference. However, it causes gas and that has been a very unpleasant side effect. I'm not sure if I will keep taking it. For people who really need knee pain relief, this product will do that. Just be prepared for side effects.

This brand and dose of the Glucosamine with MSM only takes 2 tablets to get the 2000 mg. vs. the standard 1500 mg. dose that often takes 3 tablets, having had chronic knee problems for years, I swear by this. This isn't the easiest to find, so now I never run out it getting it from Drugstore.com, their prices can't be beat and it is often on sale!! Thank you Drugstore.com!!

This is a regular re-order for me and my husband. We're both in our 40s and it helps "pad" our joints. I started taking it since moving into a new house with a lot of stairs - my knees don't hurt anymore. My husband recently did a marathon after taking this for a month prior. He made great time, finished with sore muscles and blisters, but no hip and knee pain. The pills are quite large, but worth taking.
For adults, take two (2) tablets per day, preferably with meals. Allow 4 - 6 weeks before you begin to feel results. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
