Was having a lot of knee pain. After a week or so, it seemed to relieve much of the pain. One reason I bought this brand was because it has added vitamins.

I was told about this product, Flex-a-min with Bone Shield. I bought a jar for my husband who was suffering from knee pain which sent sharp pains down his legs. He swore by the second week his knee pain subsided greatly. He needs knee replacements, but we can't afford his time off from work at this point. He is a self-employed carpenter. However, this brand of Flex-a-min with Bone Shield has made it possible for him to forgo the knee replacements. He just reminded me that he's getting low on them. He takes 2 capsules after dinner every night. It has almost stopped the pain that shot down his legs from the knee pain and eases his back pain also. He can't find anything wrong wiith this product and can't be without it. I'm so happy I don't have to see him suffering anymore. I never believed anything could work as well as this vitamin.

My husband is very active on the golf course and around our small half acre lot/yard. He started this product as an experiment to help with his joints about a year ago. He reports that it seems to help.

I have used this product for almost ten years, following a severe sports injury, at the recommendation of my family physician. A recent MRI indicates that the cartilege in my joints is in excellent condition, which bodes well for my joint health entering middle age. I would highly recommend the product. I don't know that it reverses damage, but it certainly is good as a preventative measure.

Switched from TripleFlex to this. Can't definitively claim increased benifit. Putting off knee replacement and walking is challenging without this or similar.

I've been taking this for some months now to help my arthritic shoulders, and I do notice a difference for the better as time goes on.

I just wish the size of the pill were not so big. I've been considering clipping it.

I've tried other Glucosamine products, but I feel like Flex-a-Min works better than the others. As I get older, I find I require a stronger dose. I take one tablet at breakfast and one at dinner and it works very well for me. I'm very pleased I can set up an auto delivery plan.

I am very pleased with the results of this product. As long as I can get up and down from a chair and stairs, I am happy. With Flexamin I can do that.
