I use the balm once a day. The instructions say twice a day but it works even at half the use.

This product is fabulous for cracked heels but it also works extremely well on hands, legs and neck. I'm in my 50's and this product eliminates wrinkles faster than anything.

This foot balm is fantastic!

It is the only cream I have used that actually helps my dry heals. With daily use (I put it on at night and then put cotton socks on) it keeps my heals soft.
