I used to love Flexitol Hand Balm. I have eczema, and it was the only product that seemed to soothe, and actually help heal, the extremely dry skin on my hands. With the last shipment I received, I noticed that the formula has changed. It used to have a pleasant and clean fragrance, but now it smells very similar to bug repellent, a lot like citronella. More important than the fragrance, is the cream itself. It used to be rich and very moisturizing, and would leave you with soft healthy looking skin. One application used to be enough. Now, it seems to be watered down, and no matter how much I apply, it just does not provide enough moisturizer. I have been using Flexitol Hand Balm for years, and I'm really disappointed with the change. Unless it goes back to the way it was, I will no longer use this product.

I've been a fan of Flexital Hand Balm for awhile. It's a great product til they change the formula. The formula is not as rich as it used to be so I have to use 3 times as much to get the same effect vs. the old one. I'm not impressed with the new formula. Please, go back to the old formula before you lose a loyal customer

I'm a big fan of Flexitol Hand Cream and have spent hundreds of dollars on these products. They lived up to the hype and worked great til I received my shipment last week and realized they changed their formula. Flexitol now has a wonderful fragrance but they took away the richness of the cream. I now have to apply 3 times as much to get the same result vs. before. Please, do something about it before you lose a great loyal fan

The product never fails; my hands and arms look great! So great, my dentist, sister, cousins, girlfriends and my son's girlfriend absolutely love and use this product.
I have extremely dry, dry sensitive skin; bought this product just to try and have been using ever since! At night I use Flexitol's Skin Nourishing Oil and the hand cream - together these products are amazing...
I am so glad I found these products because they actually work!

My skin type is really dry and living in Illinois where winter can be really harsh doesn't help my skin situation. A friend introduced me to this product and I tried and loved it! So I bought myself more :-) It hydrates my hands but it doesn't get sticky feeling. The only thing I don't like is the packaging or the tube is not so attractive. Other than that, the product is super!!

I loved the Flexitol Diabetes Moisturizer which appears to have been discontinued. This works very well but not quite as effective as the Diabetes Moisturizer.

My skin was so dry and with Felxitol my skin looks great. I even use it on my legs it works great. I will continue to use it.
I have told numerus friends about it, they have tried mind and are now buying it also.

This is an excellent penetrating moisturizer with the necessary acids to control the damaged psoriasis flaking on my hands.

I found this product last winter and wow it is great. I get severely dry skin on my hands from cleaning and dishwashing. So bad that skin peels off and I have to hide it under bandages because it grosses other people out. i tried everything, including a doctor prescribed steroid. Nothing work until I found this. now at the first sign in cracked skin, I use this for a few days and my skin's moisture returns and I am back to normal. it is too greasy for everyday use and the smell is strong. But if you have a stubborn area to work on, this is your product.
