My husband and I started using Flight Spray last year. While we do fly a lot, and the spray helps on airplanes. We also have a lot of continual sinus problems and the spray helps all year long. It's a great nasal moisturizer and, if used regularly, can keep inflammation down.

The cabin air is very dry and dusty and this spray is so helpful! This doesn't sting your nostrils and eyes.

I would highly recommend Flight Spray. I am a flight attendant and in past years, suffer from sinus infections. This year has been very different for me. It is refreshing, and can be used discreetly while on the plane. I am placing my 2nd order today, so I do not run out of this wonderful product.
