there are SO MANY options out there, for your children, please do not give them this brand - that is chock-full of harmful additives. nothing on the ingredients list is 'stellar', but the worst on the list would DEFINITELY be the large amount of Aluminum (VERY DANGEROUS - linked to cancers, alzheimers, & other brain abnormalities)... not to mention all the unnecessary & very harmful dyes (Red #40 is the most dangerous dye, i believe, and it is listed here, along with others).
