Buyer beware: we thought we were getting a really good deal (150 gummies for a low price) but the recommended dosage is two per day. The product does what it says it will do and of course the kiddies will have no problem taking their daily Vitamin C, but don't be mislead by the label into thinking your getting a deep discount.

I have taken this product for the past 2 years, and I enjoy it even more now that there is an extra boost of Vitamin C. I am 26 years old, and this might sound odd, but I have slight hypertension due to genetics. Regular daily vitamins such as Centrum, and GNC woman's health both speed up my heart rate, to the point where I cannot sleep at night due to an overactive heartrate. One suggestion that helped reduce the high blood pressure was to stop taking the daily vitamins [which may have ingredients that cause an extra boost of energy], and stick with the Flinstones vitamins, this was suggested by my doctor. Not soon after I switched to the Flinstone Children's vitamins, my heart rate decreased to a healthier rate.

Although some people might find it odd for an adult to be taking children's vitamins, I have met another lady who has had the same problem [an increased heart rate from taking regular daily vitamins], and her doctor suggested the Flinstone Children's vitamins as well.
