I got this as a supplement to take while pregnant. The taste is excellent, like drinking fruit juice. I have experienced no side effects while taking it.

I did not notice any difference after taking it for about 1 month as my only reason for using it is as a supplement while pregnant.

I try and stay to an all natural diet and I'm only using this, Floradix Iron & Herb, Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil, and Folic Acid tablets.

I have been using this product for 5 years. I started having joint pain in my thumbs and knees. I could hardly walk. I started taking this herbal source of calcium (as I don't believe non-herbal sources of calcium are beneficial but actually do more damage than good) and within a couple of weeks I was fine again. I take it when ever I feel joint pain, a couple of bottles, then quit until I need it again.

The most effective iron supplement I've found! [...]. The childproof cap isn't childproof or an effective cap. It loosens easily and for a product that must be shaken before use this is a problem. This stuff is very expensive, like liquid gold , so any spills are a serious waste. [...] my recommendation is to buy the product, but buy it locally and be very, careful with the cap!

The product tastes good and is easy to take. It is expensive for the amount of doses you get in a bottle. I wish it were less expensive.
