I got this as a supplement to take while pregnant. The taste is excellent, like drinking fruit juice. I have experienced no side effects while taking it.

I did not notice any difference after taking it for about 1 month as my only reason for using it is as a supplement while pregnant.

I try and stay to an all natural diet and I'm only using this, Floradix Iron & Herb, Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil, and Folic Acid tablets.

I have been using this product for 5 years. I started having joint pain in my thumbs and knees. I could hardly walk. I started taking this herbal source of calcium (as I don't believe non-herbal sources of calcium are beneficial but actually do more damage than good) and within a couple of weeks I was fine again. I take it when ever I feel joint pain, a couple of bottles, then quit until I need it again.
