Daily to treat low iron condition. I have used this product daily for a number of years. It is very effective. Quick results. No side affects noted.
The price on this product has recently been raised on this site. It is now the same price that I can find it in local health stores.
Although the online ordering is simple, the packaging is glass and the hassle of dealing with the occasional broken bottle may send me to my local store now that the price is the same.

Take daily as directed before eating breakfast. Restored low iron level in blood and increased general energy level. Child proof cap poorly designed, hard to use, and caused leaks in a couple bottles I purchased, one time necessitating a return. Taste is ok for me.

This is one of the few Iron supplements that I can tolerate. It has a decent flavor and it's easy to take.

Service and delivery comments:

I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of concern exhibited by the people in the shipping department. I have ordered this product twice; each time the shipment was reported damaged and had to be replaced. It took 5 attempts for me to receive the most recent order - one shipment arrived with no apparent external damage but the contents were damaged. It seems no one in shipping felt the need to properly pack glass bottles - there was no packing at all in the box; the replacement order was also lacking proper packing ... it was mot until the 6th replacement and several calls and emails that the contents were packed in bubble wrap.
It is a shame the the company was willing to take repeated losses on the product - to the company's credit, the original charge was removed and I was not charged for any additional shipping costs.

I purchased this for my dad after having surgery. He had lost a lot of blood and needed to take iron pills. However, the iron pills hurt his stomach, made him sick, and made his ulcers bleed which was making it worse! I googled to see if there was something else he could take and found this stuff. It didn't hurt his stomach. Other reviews said taste was bad, but he said it tasted like black licorice. It helped so much. After just a couple of days, he was so much better!This stuff really is a miracle!

Other reviews say the taste is terrible. I hate to take anything that tastes terrible. This is more like taking prune juice. Not a bad taste. It works GREAT. Most iron supplements are constipating and this one is not. That is probably the best part. It is better absorbed because it is liquid. I buy it on a regular basis now.

I suffer from anemia and have had the hardest time finding an Iron supplement that works quickly an doesn't cause constipation. Well this is the answer....the only downside is the price...but its worth it. I took Iron pills for months and saw quicker results with one dose of this. I switch off between this and pills due to price and having my iron levels more stable now... but when I feel sluggish during my period I take it more often and it totally helps get my energy back. I was taking liquid iron and vitamin C prescribed by my doctor and it was blackening my teeth so to find a quick absorbing liquid without side effects was awesome!!

slightly anemic, I have to take iron supplements. This is the only way I can stomach it. With daily use, I feel energized and great! Pricey, but worth it.
