Which, in...Read complete review I have been fighting a severe case of Interstitial Cystitis for over five years, and the only thing that makes me feel somewhat better is antibiotics (a lot of them daily). Which, in turn, cause a lot of digestion problems, and as a result I can't sleep. I've tried a ton of different probiotics -- probably at least 30 kinds, -- and this one is an absolute miracle. It relieved my symptoms since day one: I was able to sleep at night and my digestion is completely under control, even with all the antibiotics I'm still taking for IC. I've been on Flora Q-2 for nearly 2 years already, and it hasn't let me down once. I've recommended it to two friends with allergies, and they had reported feeling significantly better on it -- a lot more energy, good mood, no allergy symptoms. It's worth every penny and I hope they'll keep making it and selling it for years to come! I noticed after a few days on it I was unusually energetic, but then after I ran out, I was back to my old, mostly tired self so I ordered them from drugstore.com. The difference in energy is remarkable. I take a lot of supplements, but if I had to choose one, this would be it. I've been on FloraQ2 for 3 yrs. If I follow my diet of only eating meats, green vegetables and cheeses, (no carbs, sugar or fruit) and take Flora Q2, I'm the healthiest most energetic 55 yr old I know and am symptom free from my lifelong Fibro/CFS! I tried taking a cheaper version from another manufacturer but it did nothing for me. This is costly, but I budget in other ways to keep ordering it and never miss a day. Comments about Flora Q 2 Double Strength Probiotic Capsules, 30 ea: I'd suffered with IBS for nearly 10 years before finally stumbling on this probiotic. Nothing else I tried gave me the results of Flora-Q2. When I stopped using it because of the cost increases, my IBS symptoms returned. After resuming use, they went away again. It's the only thing I've found to keep my digestive system in balance and symptom-free. The only draw-back to using Flora-Q2 is the ever-increasing price. I'd switch to a less expensive product but can't find another probiotic that's as effective. I heartily recommend it! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Still had symptoms with Flora Q but my Gastro doctor recommended taking Miralax every day. It does not cause cramps but brings more fluid to the intestinal tract and thus elimination is very easy with soft stools. Do yourself a favor and try the Miralax. It is not a fiber laxative and it is very VERY safe. No more straining! Good luck!
