We use this as an immunity boost when our son isn't feeling well or about to come down with something. He loves the taste so it's easy to get him to take it, and I have found that it reduces the amount of time that it takes him to bounce back from a bug.
Suggested Use: Children ages 1 to 3 take 1 Tbsp. once daily. Children ages 4 and above. take 1 Tbsp. up to 4 times daily to support immune function especially during cold weather.
