I used this originally to help the skin on my hands. I was getting, what considered, " Old Lady hands " & I missed my old ones. After about 3 months, but remember good things come to those who wait ... I started noticing that the skin on the back of my hands had improved. Then over time the back looked familiar like my hands again, & even when I flipped them over,...they looked great ! I also noticed as a nice add on....my hands don't need hand lotion like they used to. And my skin all over seems to have benefited.
