Comments about Flora Vegetal Silica, 180 capsules:

I have been taking this product for several years now and the results are outstanding! The first thing I notice is the health of my nails - they become more flexible/strong. My skin just looks better and my hair too. I know that the bioavailability of the silica is the key here, not just the silica amounts - that is what is exceptional about the product. Sand is high in silica but it is not bioavailable. The special formula is what got me to try this product and then the results have kept me coming back for more. I try to take several cycles of the supplement throughout the year.
