Wow this is a shampoo I could actually use daily even on my perpetually parched thick and curly/wavy hair. I usually only shampoo a few times a week and then only with super moisturizing shampoo that is for curly hair.
With this shampoo, I can wash my hair much more often. It is not as cleansing as my standard. But because it is such a gentle wash, I can wash my hair often enough that I don't need to totally strip my hair each time. It doesn't have a ton of creamy moisture to it but with a wash this gentle you can leave that work to your conditioner.
This probably is not clarrifying enough for someone with oily hair.
