• By massage, diluted in a Florame Vegetable Oil (2 to 5% for the body and 0.5 to 1% maximum for the face).
• For the bath, dilute 10 to 20 drops of essential oil in 60 ml of Florame Neutral Essential Bath.
• By air diffusion with the Florame Electric Diffuser (20 min, twice or three times a day, or 5 to 10 min every two hours).
