I hesitate to give my kids cold meds right before bed. I don't want to knock them out too hard. I sprayed this on a washcloth and put it under my daughter's pillow and it helped keep her clear while she slept. After she decided she loved the scent, she used it every night on the washcloth which she held up to her face to breathe in. For several nights, she slept with it and slept well and woke up not congested. I love that it's not only natural, but it's organic. So I didn't have to worry about heavy inhaling.

At the first sign of cold or flu, spray Zen Winter on a handkerchief and inhale deeply. Place a sprayed handkerchief under your pillow at night to benefit from the virtues of the essential oils during your sleep. Finally, spray 3 to 4 doses directly into the room to purify the surrounding air. Repeat several times a day.
