As a dietary supplement the following is recommended:

• Under 2 yrs - Maintenance - 3-5 drops, Active - 5 drops twice daily
• 2-5 yrs - Maintenance 6 drops daily, Active - 0.5 ml twice daily
• 5-12 yrs - Maintenance - 0.5 ml daily, 1.0 ml twice daily
• 12 yrs - adult - Maintenance 1.0 ml daily, Active 1.0 ml 2-4 times daily
