When I went to the dermatologist, she told me I'd have to keep trying things until I found something that worked. I did that for two months. Products would work for a few days, and then the rash would come back. Finally, my dermatologist suggested free&clear. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I'm completely rash-free! Not only that, the conditioner is the best conditioner I've ever used. I would use it even if I didn't have to. I wouldn't buy it again since it left my hair too frizzy and there wasn't enough conditioner in it for my super-long, very fine, straight hair. I think this would be a good conditioner for someone with shorter hair that isn't prone to frizz. Best Uses Comments about Free & Clear Hair Conditioner for Sensitive Skin, 12 fl oz: I was recommended this product by my dermatologist, since I'm allergic to "fragrance mix," which goes by several names and was in my shampoo, conditioner, and gel. My skin has cleared up since making the switch, but my hair is a disaster. I used this following the F&C shampoo, which totally strips my hair. I use a very generous amount, leave it in for at least 5 minutes, and my hair still feels like straw. It does do some detangling--it would be impossible to get a comb through my hair after F&C shampoo without it. But my hair is dry, brittle, full of static, with zero body and shine. A disaster. Even worse, I lose twice as much hair when washing with these products as I did with conventional ones.

Comments about Free & Clear Hair Conditioner for Sensitive Skin, 12 fl oz: I started using the Free & Clear hair products because of my skin/scalp sensitivities to chemicals and my allergic reactions to products that contained fragrance. I love this hair conditioner because it is fragrance-free and also free of harmful chemicals and preservatives such as dyes, lanolin, parabens, formaldehyde, and alcohol. I have not had any skin rashes or allergic reactions when using this product and highly recommend this and the other Free & Clear products for those with sensitive skin.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Free & Clear Hair Conditioner for Sensitive Skin, 12 fl oz: Dr advised to use since I have eczema on the back of my head & this product does not have a lot of bad ingredients in it. The shampoo that goes with this is also excellent & the conditioner is as good as any I have used in the past. Just a little drop goes a long way & takes out all the tangles.
