I have acne prone skin. Anything that remotely comes into contact with my face breaks me out. This hair gel has not caused any breakouts at all. The only thing I don't like about it is that it tends to flatten my hair out. Still, I do use it daily and would recommend it to anyone who needs help taming frizz or managing very thick or curly hair.

I have to use a styling gel that is perfume free and Free and Clear Styling Gel is just the right product for me. It holds well and is not sticky. The speed with which I got the product was very impressive and I will surely use Drugstore.com again.

It didn't have strong enough hold for me. Didn't hold my short style. As for my sensitivity, I didn't wear it long enough to comment on that part.

I have used this product for a couple of years. I MUST use fragrance free which is hard to find in a store including hair salons. I have always been able to find Free and Clear online. At first I had to learn how much to use for my hair. After several days I found the correct amount so that my hair isn't too stiff or stiff in some places and not others. One review said it took longer to dry her hair however once you find the correct amount for your own hair it doesn't take any longer to dry than when you use other products. My hair is thin and I wear it short. It does have body and I am able to keep curls all day long with this product.

I started using Free & Clear products because of my sensitive skin/scalp and my sensitivity to perfume-type smells. This gel does not set off any of those allergic reactions. Plus it does not contain dyes, lanolin, frangrance, formaldehyde and other preservative-type chemicals so it's safe to use. My only complaint is that I need to use more of the product to obtain medium hold for my hairstyle. PS: It would be nice if Free & Clear made a hairspray as well.

These products were recommended to me by my dermatologist after I deveolped a sensitivity to shampoos, soaps, cleanser, etc. that were loaded with dyes, perfumes,parabens, lanolin, alcohol, etc. I have been using Free 'n' Clear products for 3 years and I will not switch!!

I'm allregic to fragrance so this product is great. My dermotologist suggested it. It took me awhile to get use to it but now I love it and wouldn't be without it. I use it everyday.

I mix this with a bit of Free & Clear Conditioner, sometimes I add a drop of argon oil, shmush it all together in my palms, then apply thoroughly. My head no longer itches from products with too many ingredients and my hair looks great. It took a few days to find the right mix, but this holds my curls. I didn't like the gel alone, and this way I get hold and no crunchies.

Works great. I have very sensitive skin and scalp, and this product doesn't irritate me at all. Also easy to use and makes my hair look great. I have curly, frizzy hair and it totally controls my frizz and makes my curls look great.
