I have had much more expensive foot scrubs that were worthless. This is nice for daily use. Since it's inexpensive I don't feel guilty for using it daily. It keeps the top of my feet silky-smooth and helps with shedding dead skin cells on the bottom. Use a pumice stone with it in the shower or tub to make it work even better. I own a diamond foot file and had to use it a lot more before starting to use this product every day. It smells more plum than peppermint and doesn't leave a cooling sensation on the feet, but that's okay. I like that it's in a tube- it keeps the product hygenic and there's less waste than if it was in a tub. This doesn't replace foot files and exfoliating/mositurizing lotions , but it certainly helps keep feet in even better condition than if it wasn't used. With this, my file, Lippmann Nail Polish and Neutrogena Foot Cream, my feet always look nice. It did nothing for my small callus, but did leave my feet feeling softer where I didn't have any rough spots to begin with. I think it is just too weak to do a decent job of really scrubbing rough feet and toes. There was nothing "invigorating" about it. I wouldn't purchase this again. Comments about Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub, Invigorating Peppermint & Plum, 5.3 oz: I have been using Freeman foot products for years and I love them all ... especially this foot scrub! I do my own mani/pedis and I use this every week with my Freeman foot soak. Please keep in mind, this product is NOT meant to replace a pumice stone; rather, it it intended as a supplement to your foot care routine to smooth and soften your feet. Highly recommend, and the price can't be beat! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (3 of 3 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub, Invigorating Peppermint & Plum, 5.3 oz: I usually use a different foot scrub but it has been hard to find lately so I tried this one. I use it daily in the shower. I found that it isn't much of a scrub so I bought a pumice stone to use with it. That seems to have helped. It's reasonably priced so that's a plus. It has a pleasant scent and is easy to use. I would recommend it to someone who wants a more mild foot scrub. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub, Invigorating Peppermint & Plum, 5.3 oz: I have put in my time, as most women have, wearing shoes that damaged my feet -- in my case, not severely, thank goodness. Still, it's important to me to treat my feet almost as well as I treat my hands. These Freeman products are irreplaceable for this purpose -- and VERY reasonably priced! Cons Best Uses Comments about Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub, Invigorating Peppermint & Plum, 5.3 oz: My absolute favorite scrub is the sea salt scrub from Bath and Body Works. However, since it is quite expensive, I have been on the prowl for an alternative. This Freeman product is just okay. It does have a nice consistency and a good smell, but the exfoliating properties are not that powerful. I had to first use a foot file, then use this scrub over it. I think it would actually make a better hand scrub, since hand scrubs can stand to be a bit more gentle. Comments about Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub, Invigorating Peppermint & Plum, 5.3 oz: Love the smell of this, as I was looking for an item to rotate with my current foot scrub (I use it weekly). The smell calms and rejuvenates after a long day of walking/standing and the creamy texture makes it easy to work with. It doesn't do more though, it's good as a scrub but don't expect miracles for dry skin or cracked heels (both of which I have). Would definitely re-purchase!
