My husband says it is effect for his sports injuries, but I purchased this for my fibromyalgia pain. I is very easy to apply, penetrates quickly, cools fast. But for fibro, it's sadly not strong enough.

I discovered this product about five years ago. I use it every morning, for back, knee, leg pain and stiffness in the back. It even stops headaches. This is a miracle spray. The only con, is that you cannot take it with you on vacation trips that require air travel. It was taken off the shelf, and last year, I discovered that Drugstore.com sells it.

I have a serious back injury, muscle strain and SI Joint problems, the swelling and pain are 8/10. When my daughter got it for me to try I was surprised at the results.Heat only helps temporarily, when the muscles cool down the pain starts, I use ice packs all the time, but when I'm working I can't the Freeze It gives me the relief I need it's like having an ice pack available it's great and last for hours so I can keep doing my job.It would be a shame to stop carring it. Best product after 11 years of trying other products. IT REALLY WORKS AND BRINGS RELIEF.
