Quick Recipe - Serves 4 to 6
Key Lime Shrimp Tacos
- 1 onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 1 poblano or anaheim chile, sliced (optional)
- 1 pound peeled, deveined medium shrimp
- 1 pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Cook onion and chile in 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until tender. Add shrimp; cook and stir until opaque, 2-4 minutes. Stir sauce into skillet; heat through. Serve in warm tortillas with chopped cilantro. Variation: Substitute 1 pound sea scallops or cubed firm fish for the shrimp.
