Quick Recipe - Serves 4
Chicken in Peanut Mole
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pouch Frontera Peanut Mole Simmer Sauce
Season chicken with salt. Heat 1 Tbs. oil in skillet over medium-high. Brown chicken on both sides. Add sauce. Cover pan; simmer on low until cooked, about 15 minutes. Variation: Use chicken thighs or bone-in breasts; increase cooking by 5 to 10 min.
