Quick Recipe - Serves 4 to 6 New Mexico Chicken Tacos
1 onion, halved, thinly sliced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch dice
1 pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Cook onion in 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until golden. Remove to a plate. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. (Do not crowd chicken in skillet; cook in batches if necessary.) Stir in onion and sauce into skillet; heat through. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro and shredded cheese.
