It took some time for me to understand how in the world this product could work until I did immense research regarding the science behind it. It takes 333,000 facial movements to create a wrinkle in the skin. When botox is administered it paralyzes the muscle that is causing that wrinkle so the skin can retraine itself making the wrinkle in that area disappear. Frownies basically do the same thing. The patch paralyzes the wrinkled area overnight or when worn no less than 3 hours simply retraining the skin! I have developed some wrinkles around my mouth being now 41 years old and have been wearing the patches for 5 days every night. The wrinkles are GONE. My skin is more relaxed and I feel as if I look younger. Don't be turned off about how to get these off....just pat with warm water over and over and then as you start to peel, follow the glue stuck to your skin under the patch inch by ince with warm water as you peel the patch off and the glue will release. These things WORK.. but, like all natural skin are, it takes patience and diligence. Wear them for 30 days like the directions say.

I don't use this product every day, but 2 or 3 times a week. There's a noticeable difference in the morning, once you peel off the Frownies. The effect diminishes as the day wears on and wrinkles reappear. I'm still impressed with it though, and will re-order. Think it works just as well as more expensive skin creams.

a deep frown line between the eyes is hereditary in my family - my sister, mom and all my aunts and female cousins have it. i started using these in college and am now in my 30s, no permanent frown line yet! they are expensive though and i eventually found a roll of kraft paper that has adhesive on one side that one can moisten just like the frownies, but when i run out, i'll definitely be ordering frownies again!

I have good skin but at 46 get pillow wrinkles that don't go away sometimes all day. I thought pasting on a couple Frownies would prevent the skin wrinkling up while I am sleeping but they are so uncomfortable I can't use them. The brown kraft paper is hard and stiff and pulling them off in the morning is painful - this cant be good for delicate eye area skin. Overall a waste of my money since I can't see using them on the regular basis needed for them to work.

This is not an overnight solution, consistent use over several months will do magic. Best for those who tend to sleep on the face.

As an older person, I guess I was hoping for miracles. These patches did nothing for my wrinkles. Save your money.

it really works. I use it 3-4 times a week. i see the results. Wrinkles on the corners of my mouth are getting smaller.

Use whenever you are home and at night. Use consistently, and it will work eventually. But if you stop using it, the frown lines will return.

I have been using these for years. Anyone who is hesitant just give them a try. When I use them ,I get comments that my make up looks good or "wow you look so rested." But if I don't use the Frownies for a week, I can see it on my face and the compliments don't freely come anymore. The only negative for me was I didn't take the time to put them on at night. Didn't want to do that extra step when I bought my first box. Don't do that! I make them part of my nightime routine and in the morning it is always worth it!!

Despite seeming like it would be a product akin to snake oil, these really do work. The frown lines on my forehead are gone as are the lines around my eyes. The most noticeable results were my smile lines. I even noticed that the skin at my jaw line looks firmer. I was worried about getting jowls and this seems to have helped, maybe because where I place them for the smile lines. I will say, however, that you need to be consistent in using them for best results, but that after using for a while (a couple weeks), if I skip a night or two I don't see a difference. It isn't until after missing an entire week that I see changes. I would give five stars for effectivness, but I took off one star because it can be a pain to do almost every night, although it is a small price to pay for something that provides results that doesn't require a scalpel or needle.
