This product works for me I have used it every morning for the past 5 years taste better with 1 packet of sweetner in each serving However I rairly recieve the right product?? they keep sending me the higher calorie bottle the one with the black stripe on the top of the bottle

Quercetin is a patented energy booster that last for long periods of time. First, used to bring cancer patients physically back quickly from treatments; it's now used in all "FRS" products. But can be found at "Drugstore.com" for alot cheaper. It also contains 7 essential vitamins, and as an added bonus, it contains Green Tea Catechins that are powerful antioxidants. Just 2 oz's. per your favorite beverage.

I use the product on a daily basis for energy and nutrition. I was primarly using it on my work nights which are 12 hour all nighters to help me through the night. Now I use it every day as I feel much more lethargic without it. It is easy to prepare, very tasty (orange) and has NO crash affect to it.

It taste like a cross between OJ and Tang. I feel a boost in about 10 minutes. However, it is not a substitute for food. If you intend to make this drink the only thing you eat before you do aroebic activity, you will bonk for sure. Remember it is only 100 cal. Oh, I tend to add more then the suggested 6oz of water. It can tend to be very sweet similar to sunny delight. I bought it from Drugstore .com, because I wanted to try it before using the auto renew with FRS. I like this concentrate enough to start auto renewal.

For athletes or those experiencing fatigue, drink in the morning and early afternoon. Athletes drink 30-60 minutes before exercise.
