Was excited to try this product. When I first put the chew in my mouth, it actually wasn't that bad. Then I started to chew and it was horrible. I was able to choke it down with a big bottle of water and thought that I could handle this if it actually does what it says. Couldn't tell any difference and so the horrible taste isn't worth any of the supposed benefits it offers to give -- not for me, anyway. Will stick with other energy produts.

They are very convenient for a quick burst of energy. I use them at school, work and when running. But there are better sources of Energy just none quite as convenient. The taste isn't amazing, but it's not bad either.

These are great to take when you are dragging or before a walk, bike ride, yard work, etc. I like the taste. I don't understand the other bad reviews. Great product and I have been using for 3 years.

Decided to try the FRS Energy because of the price. I didn't notice any increase in energy - I only noticed the bad taste, the texture that reminds me of chewing on a piece of wax and a nasty aftertaste.
Eat 2 chews in the morning and 2 chews in the afternoon or whenever you need extra energy or a pre-workout boost.
