This product has supplements that you don't normally see in a vitamin pill. Quercetin and Catechins are the main ingredients. This was first developed for cancer patients coming off of Chem-O treatments to help them recover faster. It really works for normal healthy people who just need to be re-energized. I'm 62 years old and feel 32 when I need a boost that last. Forget the B-12!

This is a good product for those watching their sugar intake. I notice a slight energy lift with this product and I feel better when I take it. I have used it before a ride and after. There are other products that give a bigger energy boost, but honestly I use it as a low sugar substitute for orange juice. At 30 less grams of sugar per serving than OJ, it keeps my blood sugars stable and I really like the taste. Adding more or less water adjusts the taste. When I want a real orange I eat one, instead of reaching for the OJ.

FRS low cal is great for energy and still low calorie. Really good for you whether or not you exercise, but if you are really active, I highly recommend this. Some folks may prefer the regular version with sugar rather than the low cal for those metric rides in which you could use that natural sugar.
Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using. Natural ingredients may settle. Consume within 1 month of opening.
Recommended Intake: For general health, drink 1-2 servings a day. For athletes or those experiencing fatigue, drink in the morning and early afternoon. Athletes drink 30-60 minutes before exercise.
Serving Instructions: Add 2 oz of concentrate to 6 oz children water to make an 8 oz serving.
